This SOTA conference supported development of an Age-Friendly research agenda, a focus on best practices for implementing and sustaining age friendly care initiatives (i.e., the 4 M’s: what matters, medication, mentation, and mobility) and improvement of the data infrastructure so that VA can track and improve on age-friendly metrics to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve care in older Veterans.
