The Safer Aging through Geriatrics-Informed Evidence-based practices Quality Enhancement Research Initiative (SAGE QUERI) is evaluating the implementation of four evidence-based practices in nine VA medical centers. Dr. Ashcraft, the implementation science methodologist for SAGE QUERI, is sharing about the evaluation of this program during the Academy Health 17th Annual Conference on the Science of Dissemination and Implementation in December 2024.
