We are looking for clinical sites across a variety of health settings and geographies to help us grow the evidence base for AFHS. Anyone who is practicing AFHS is welcome to add their practice. Organizations that sign up will be placed in a list that will allow researchers to contact them for activities (e.g., multi-site evaluations; testing or expanding AFHS interventions; interviews and surveys; other research partnerships)
